Haha yeah I was in exactly the same position and it was perfect for what I wanted it for, just seems that now I never get the chance to get out enough on it to warrant keeping her. Nah I'm not racing cus I'm at uni for most of the season and then when I'm back I take a couple of weeks to remember how to ride. May do some over the summer if I have time.

Yeah man totally, that's exactly why I bought it for just having fun on/when I couldn't be bothered packing the DH bike into the car. And I had a great time on it, especially at durris etc but It's just now I'm at uni and don't get much of a chance to ride I only seem to ride full on DH/think it's a waste not riding the Makulu.

It's got 5" through a 2.6 : 1 ratio which makes it really plush. Pedals really well too with the RP2 cus you can just flick the pro pedal on. I'm only selling because I need some cash/may downgrade to a more XC type frame when I have the money.
